Jayden Richardson, now 17, started vaping at 12 to fit in with friends, consuming the equivalent of 50 cigarettes a day. His habit led to severe health issues, including coughing up blood during a holiday in Turkey. Initially, doctors thought it was a stomach ulcer, but an endoscopy revealed severe lung damage from vaping.
Despite doctors’ warnings, Jayden relapsed on his birthday, causing the symptoms to return. Now awaiting a CT scan, he regrets his choices and urges others not to vape. “I would never touch one again,” he says, realizing too late the dangers of vaping and its long-term impact on health.
