Kayla, grieving the loss of her grandmother, is ready to return home after the funeral. Little does she know, a nightmare awaits her on the flight. Mistaken for a thief involved in a robbery, Kayla is thrust into a dangerous situation where she must rely on her wits to clear her name.
After a tough funeral, Kayla prepares to fly home, despite her emotional and physical exhaustion. Onboard, a man watches her intently, and soon after takeoff, a flight attendant demands she follow her. The attendant accuses Kayla of stealing a necklace, showing her photos of someone who looks like her. Despite Kayla’s protests, the man remains suspicious. But a sudden kick from her baby gives Kayla the chance to prove she’s not the thief.
As things escalate, the flight attendant pulls a gun, but Kayla acts on instinct, kicking her and helping the man subdue her. It turns out the attendant was the real thief. Detective Connor apologizes to Kayla, explaining they had been tracking the thief for months.
Kayla is finally reunited with her husband, Colin, and although shaken, she’s relieved to be home.
