Woman Shares Pics Of Her Husband Giving Birth And People Are Not Having It

Syven and Tori are like many couples who have an interest in having children. As a transgender couple, however, they had issues that would have to be overcome.

Both Syven and Tori transitioned as transgenders during their youth and they wanted to have children, but they weren’t sure how that would work because of their identities. That is when they found out that Syven, who was female at birth could naturally conceive.

Prophet is their 1-year-old son and they also have a one-month-old daughter, Wynter. It shows that you are able to overcome a lot if you try, and even though they had doubts at first, the pregnancy proved that parenthood is possible for many.

That doesn’t mean that there were no challenges. They carry a lot of misconceptions along with them, so having children led to a mixed reaction. Some were supportive, others laughed when they saw that he was pregnant.

As a transgender man, pregnancy proved to be challenging. This is especially true during medical appointments when Syven often felt uncomfortable because of other patients.

Syven started the transition as a transgender at a young age. He had some difficulties along the way but he continued to maintain his identity. Tori was assigned male at birth and she started transitioning in her late teens. This provided a challenge, especially where school was concerned.

Despite the issues they faced, they continue to remain strong and they said that their extended family supported them during the transitions. They also receive judgment as parents, with people telling Tori that she could never be a mother. They continue to prioritize the safety and health of their family.

There have been a lot of changes over the years, but they are determined to set examples for their children and to encourage others in the process. They hope that additional support for pregnant transgender individuals and their families comes from their experience.
